Hi,
Will this change affect Qooxdoo?
I’ve heard IE7 works quite well with Qooxdoo.

No, this doesn’t affect qooxdoo. The most things where IE was enhanced are only activated when the strict rendering is activated. Otherwise it behaves more or less identical than IE6. qooxdoo currently requires this quirks mode in IE as it only supports the IE box model and not the W3 default “content-box”.
